• WhatsApp number — to add you to our community group and send session updates
• City / Location — to understand our student demographics and plan offline workshops
• Payment information — processed securely by Razorpay; we do not store card or UPI details
• Usage data — pages visited, time spent, links clicked (anonymous, via basic analytics)

2 How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to:

• Provide access to the AI Bhau program you purchased
• Send you session links, recordings, and program materials
• Add you to the AI Bhau WhatsApp community group
• Send weekly AI tips, learning reminders, and program updates
• Notify you of relevant upgrades or new program offerings
• Issue your AI Bhau certificate upon program completion
• Improve our program based on aggregate feedback

We will never use your information for unrelated marketing, sell it to advertisers, or share it with third parties for commercial purposes.

3 WhatsApp Communication

By registering with AI Bhau and providing your WhatsApp number, you consent to receiving:

• Welcome messages and access details after payment
• Session reminders and recording links
• Weekly AI tips and community updates
• Information about relevant program upgrades

You can opt out of WhatsApp messages at any time by replying "STOP" to any message or contacting us at [email protected]. Opting out of promotional messages will not affect your access to program content you have paid for.

4 Payment Information

All payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. AI Bhau does not collect, store, or process your card numbers, UPI IDs, or banking credentials directly.

Razorpay's privacy policy is available at razorpay.com/privacy. By making a payment, you also agree to Razorpay's terms of service.

5 Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only in limited circumstances:

• Razorpay — for payment processing
• Formspree — for form submission processing
• Legal requirements — if required by Indian law or a valid court order

6 Data Storage & Security

Your registration data is stored securely via Formspree and our internal records. We take reasonable precautions to protect your information from unauthorised access, alteration, or disclosure.

However, no internet transmission is 100% secure. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept this inherent risk.
