1 ₹99 — Pehla Qadam (No Refund)

The ₹99 Pehla Qadam session is a digital product. Upon successful payment, you immediately receive:

2 ₹499 — 5-Din Challenge (No Refund)

The ₹499 5-Din Challenge is a digital product with access delivered within 24 hours of payment. No refunds are offered once access has been granted.

3 ₹1,999 & ₹4,999 — Pause Policy

We understand that life happens. If you have purchased the Core Program (₹1,999) or Premium (₹4,999) and are unable to continue due to a genuine personal reason — illness, family emergency, or other hardship — we offer a Pause option.

Pause means: Your enrollment is paused for up to 90 days. Your access is temporarily suspended, and resumed from where you left off when you are ready. You do not lose any modules, progress, or community access permanently.

How to Request a Pause

  1. Email [email protected] with subject: "Pause Request — [Your Name]"
  2. Include your registered WhatsApp number and reason for pause
  3. We will confirm your pause within 2 business days
  4. When ready to resume, email us and access is restored within 24 hours
  5. Maximum pause duration: 90 days per enrollment

No refunds are offered for the Core Program or Premium under any circumstances, including partial completion. The pause option is offered as a goodwill gesture.

4 Payment Failures & Duplicate Charges

If your payment was deducted but you did not receive access, please email [email protected] with your payment screenshot and registered mobile number. We will resolve this within 24 hours.

In the rare case of a duplicate charge (charged twice for the same order), we will issue a full refund for the duplicate amount within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.

5 Program Cancellation by AI Bhau

In the unlikely event that AI Bhau discontinues a program you have paid for, you will be entitled to:

6 How Refunds Are Processed

Where refunds are applicable (duplicate charges or program discontinuation only), they will be processed via the original payment method through Razorpay within 5–7 business days of approval. Bank processing time may add 2–3 additional days.
