1 About AI Bhau

AI Bhau is an online educational platform operated as a sole proprietorship in India, offering AI literacy programs for homemakers and women. Our services are accessible at aibhau.in and delivered via recorded video sessions, WhatsApp community groups, and live online sessions.

2 Eligibility

By registering, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You are a resident of India or accessing our services from outside India for personal use
• The information you provide during registration is accurate and truthful
• You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement

3 Program Access & Delivery

₹99 Pehla Qadam: Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to one recorded session video, a Starter Prompt Library PDF, a 3-Tool Setup Guide, and access to the AI Bhau WhatsApp community. This is a digital product delivered electronically.

₹499 5-Din Challenge: Access to 5 recorded session videos, prompt library, and community access, delivered within 24 hours of payment.

₹1,999 Core Program: Access to all 12 modules as they are released, live Q&A sessions twice per month, offline workshop access (where available), and lifetime alumni network access.

₹4,999 Premium: Everything in Core Program plus 2 personal coaching sessions to be scheduled within 90 days of purchase, and facilitator certification track access.

AI Bhau reserves the right to modify program content, tools used, and delivery format as needed to improve the learning experience. Material changes will be communicated to enrolled students.

4 Payment Terms

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay
• Accepted payment methods: UPI, Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking
• Your enrollment is confirmed only upon successful payment completion
• AI Bhau is not responsible for payment failures due to bank or network issues

5 Intellectual Property

All content provided through AI Bhau — including but not limited to videos, PDFs, prompt libraries, worksheets, and written materials — is the intellectual property of AI Bhau and is protected under applicable Indian copyright law.

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the content for your own learning. You may not:

• Share, resell, or redistribute any AI Bhau content to others
• Record, screenshot, or reproduce session videos
• Upload AI Bhau materials to any public platform
• Use AI Bhau content to create a competing educational product

Violation of these terms may result in immediate access termination without refund and may attract legal action.

6 WhatsApp Community Rules

Access to the AI Bhau WhatsApp community is a privilege, not a right. Members agree to:

• Be respectful and supportive of fellow members at all times
• Not share external promotional content, links, or advertisements
• Not share AI Bhau content or materials outside the group
• Not engage in any form of harassment, discrimination, or abusive behaviour

AI Bhau reserves the right to remove any member from the community for violating these rules, without refund.

7 Disclaimer

AI Bhau provides educational content about artificial intelligence tools. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, income levels, or results from using AI tools learned in our programs. Results vary based on individual effort, application, and circumstances.

The AI tools taught (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) are third-party products. AI Bhau is not affiliated with OpenAI, Google, or Anthropic. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or policy modifications by these platforms.

Content in our programs is for educational purposes only and should not be construed as legal, medical, or financial advice.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, AI Bhau shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific program in question.

9 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
